About New Leaf & Hallie M. BowieNew Leaf Home Design has a strong combination of training and experience in residential additions and renovations. I will bring this expertise to your project, and together we can create a solution that meets your needs and adds beauty to your home. I am a registered architect in the state of Ohio, License #9767. That means that my college education included extensive training in design, construction systems and materials, structural design, and building codes. Following that, I completed three years of internship in architectural offices and then in 1991 passed a rigorous two-day license exam. I have specialized in residential work since 1993. What a few Clients have said about working with Hallie:“I hired Hallie to design the floor plan for my renovated office space in 2009. She looked at the space with me immediately, had great ideas, was clear and concise, punctual, highly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She had a blueprint to me very quickly, and it was precisely what I had envisioned. She made a couple of adjustments very quickly, and the result was a beautiful space even better than I had imagined.” - Diane Hessman “Hallie is an extremely capable and caring architect. She asks all the right questions, is inquisitive, very proficient and has the ability to design projects that not only work but reflect how the owner envisioned his or her project.” - Carmine Torio “Hallie designed and consulted with the contractor for addition work in our church facility. She was not only innovative and creative, but also timely, very professional and easy to work with. Her design was enthusiastically approved and accepted by the Board of Trustees. I'd highly recommend her for any project that you may be interested in pursuing. Her attention to detail, costs, and customer needs are exemplary.” - John Kutuchief |
